NYLT 2026
National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) is an exciting, action-packed, Council-level program focused on empowering its youth members with leadership skills and experience. This 6-day, advanced leadership course is designed to teach Scouts the tools, techniques, and skills they can not only use in their home Scouting units, but also in school, in their daily lives, and in any other situations demanding leadership of others and self. Led by a talented, well-trained, high-performing team of youth staff, NYLT participants will work and play together through group activities, games, presentations, and adventures which allow them to understand and employ the leadership skills much faster. They will experience a Scouting unit at its very best!
Each course is limited to 48 participants.
The course cost is $275.00.
